These jobs will have to come through private enterprise which, by increasing opportunities for entrepreneurs, will increase job opportunities and create work for individuals. AFFORD brings together Africans in the diaspora who believe passionately that EACH ONE CAN CREATE ONE JOB a year at a minimum by supporting an entrepreneur with the skills, investment, market access, and influence that they need to grow and prosper. We have launched our Million Campaign to raise over £1m to: invest in job-creating enterprises in Africa; establish a highly functional purpose built space in London to support EACH ONE TO CREATE ONE; establish a think tank to influence policy around enterprise development in Africa and the African diaspora; create an endowment fund to put this innovative work on a sustainable footing.
