About Age Cymru Sir Gar
Age Cymru Sir Gar supports older people to feel engaged with their community and empowered and enabled to make choices that affect their lives. We’ve been in Carmarthenshire for 21 years, but became an official charity and part of the Age Concern movement in 1995. We currently offer a range of services to people aged 50+ and start new services regularly so keep an eye on our website for more information.
