Age UK Essex is an independent registered charity making a difference to the lives of older people, carers and families across Essex, Southend and Thurrock. With a growing and ageing population the need for tailored, personalised support grows day by day. We provide information and practical help enabling people to live healthy lives, retain independence and reduce social isolation. Last year we supported over 80,000 people and with your help we can support even more.
