I am taking part in a team trek in Transylvania to raise money for Mind. I’ll be walking for 7-8 hours per day for four days and camping overnight. This will raise vital funds for Mind, so no one has to face a mental health problem alone. I am doing this in memory of my friend Anna Dark who took her own life in December 2017.
