About New Zealand Coast to Coast 2010 for Crohn's and Colitis - Andrew Morris

In Feb 2010, I will be taking part in the New Zealand Coast to Coast race - a 243km adventure race that takes place over 1 day and involves 140km of cycling, 36km of running and 67km of kayaking from the West coast to the East coast of New Zealand. I am raising money for the National Association of Colitis and Crohn\'s Disease, a charity who provide support and information to patients, and funding for research into the diseases.
