Friends of Boughton Heath Academy - Chester

Membership to the FoBHPS is automatic for all parents/guardians/carers of the pupils attending Boughton Heath Primary School, Chester - and for all members of staff employed by the school. In addition, the Committee can grant any other person over 18 wishing to offer appropriate support or help at the school membership of the FoBHPS (eg. Grandparents or members of the local community). The purpose of the FoBHPS is to advance the education of the pupils in Boughton Heath School by: (1) Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school. (2) Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support Boughton Heath School and advance the education of the pupils. This is done by promoting and organising events to bring the school community together and to raise funds for the benefit of the school community. Also by encouraging direct communication within the school community, in an atmosphere of goodwill and cooperation.
