About our cause

Hi I’m Poppy and I’m 15 I suffer from Holt oram syndrome I have had 30 surgeries and have chronic pain as and I know that many other young people suffer to do I set up this charity to send out packages and cards to teens with chronic illnesses to spread joy and happiness when others need it most! I know how hard it can be when you feel isolated or are going through something tough so I wanted to let others know that they are not alone xx
