About Cheylesmore Community Centre
Cheylesmore Community Association formed 1947 to run Cheylesmore Community Centre becoming a charity in 1965. Re-formed as a charitable company in 2010. 2012 signed a lease from Coventry City Council. Used as an administration and Hostel during World War 2, later Cheylesmore School, a Church and Sunday school. Our present aims: 1: Be a venue for local residents activities which community groups operate. 2: Facilitate local groups to meet community needs 3: Support volunteering
