Immensely thrilled to say I will be volunteering in Sri Lanka, June 2019, helping the mentally unwell and those with additional needs. The placement involves a minimum of six different weekly projects, from psychiatric hospitals and residential care homes, where I will be running therapeutic activities for those with mental health concerns or additional needs, to community outreach projects where I will teach English and role model life skills to youths or at-risk children.
