About Community Transport Sussex
Community Transport Sussex provides essential transport for those vulnerable groups of people in society that cannot otherwise access the usual methods of public transport. They provide transport for the isolated, disabled and vulnerable members of our communities. Their aim is to prevent social isolation and the mental health issues that can arise from this. For example, transport to health and hospital appointments, shopping trips, day centres such as Age Concern and other organised excursions
