About Crossroads Care Wokingham
Everyone can be a carer at some point of their life. Crossroads Care Wokingham provides home based respite breaks to support unpaid carers in Wokingham Borough and surrounding areas. A carer is someone of any age who looks after someone who is ill, frail, disabled, substance misused or has mental health problems. Our carer support workers take over the caring roles to give carers a break, reduce stress and enjoy life alongside caring. Please contact www.wokinghamcrossroads.org
