About World Challenge Ghana 2017 - Daisy McCartney

The trip is to Elmina in Ghana, leaving on the 11th of July 2017, staying out there for 10 days. During our trip we will be working with a specific community to give less fortunate children more opportunities and education. My school, Davison High in Worthing, has worked with World Challenge on this expedition for two years already. In the past we have built the foundations of a school, taught the children lessons and given them hope and courage to carry on! Many of the projects we will be carrying out are community based and involve participating in manual tasks such as preparing sites for construction, helping to make bricks out of local materials, renovating school buildings, creating sustainable farming projects, helping to organise sports day events and possibly conservation tasks too. In order to participate I need to raise over £2000 to pay for kit, travel, insurance, vaccinations etc.. I am writing to you to see if your company would be interested in sponsoring me for this expedition. Through sponsorship your company would benefit from potential publicity and to gain you more coverage I could even wear your branded clothing at my fundraising events as well as during the expedition which will be recorded and shown publicly. I have also set up a World Challenge page where you can sponsor me at any time, this page is linked below. https://www.myworldchallenge.com/make-a contribution.asp?femid=941552&ch=m0I8l4 If you would like some more information on World Challenge and their ethos then please take a look at their website http://www.world-challenge.co.uk/ If you have any questions or have any other suggestions as to how you may be able to help, such as advice or donations of products or services please feel free to contact me via my email daisymccartney003@gmail.com

"Such an easy way to raise money for charity, with no effort. Easy to use website and help available if needed. Huge choice of charities, the problem as ever is who to support as each and everyone is worthy!"

"There's quite a few sites similar to easyfundraising. But where this site stands out is it's helpful & quick replies to queries. It is so easy to set up an account & to start saving for a good cause - I've recommended easyfundraising to a lot of my friends, and they're as impressed as I am with the ease of how it works."

David - easyfundraising user

"I run a not for profit Community Interest Company and shared our cause. Very easy to use, templates ready to share on social media, with direct links to our page and pop up reminders installed for when I was shopping with numerous websites, where I could gain the free donation. Excellent service and a fabulous idea."
