About Deaf Action
We are a deaf-led charity working together for an equal and better future for all deaf people since 1835. We deliver vital and effective services for people who are deaf and their families, providing them with skills and opportunities aimed at developing communication skills, confidence and resilience, strengthening family bonds, reducing isolation and preventing negative outcomes. We also provide deaf awareness training and BSL classes to support improved accessibility.
