Over £40m raised for good causes through easyfundraising
Din Eidyn (Castle Rock) is a team of dedicated paintball players based in Scotland at Urban Paintball Edinburgh (http://urbanpaintballedinburgh.co.uk/) on Leith walk.
The goal of Din Eidyn is to promote the sport of Paintball and to better the state of the game throughout the UK.
We realise that as a local sports team, it is important for us become a valued and useful community organisation. Before the official formation of Din Eidyn, our team members were individually involved in charity fundraising events and throughout 2011 raised well over £500 for various charities including Movember, Cancer Research UK, Urbanathalon, the British Red Cross and one of our members volunteered at a national park in Arizona for 3 months as well as a further 2 months at a park in Bolivia. Our goal is to improve that amount of money and number of hours volunteered in 2012 by concentrating our charity efforts as a team rather than as individuals.
It's simple to use and it's free. Since we launched in 2005, we've helped thousands of good causes raise money simply by shopping online. Our community of over 2.1 million loyal supporters has so far raised over £40 million.
