Education Otherwise is a charitable organisation which has been supporting home educated (HE) families for over thirty years. Education is compulsory but school is not. We believe the decision about education should always rest with the parent. Our website provides information and resources for those considering or who are new to HE, as well as guidance on the relevant law from experts, SEN and disability relating to HE, fact sheets, as well links to groups at local level and much more.
