Ellie has been given a once in a lifetime opportunity to travel to the Malaysian Perhentian Islands to take part in a Turtle Conservation Project in 2020. She will be helping build the turtle image database by taking images of turtles during snorkel surveys, monitoring mother sea turtles laying their eggs at night & guarding the beach. Other activities include beach cleaning, educating tourists on responsible snorkelling and working with local children; organising educational games on the beach.
