In June/July 2020 I will be spending a month in Indonesia working as a marine research assistant. I will be diving twice daily to conduct surveys mainly focused on corals, sharks and rays. Operation Wallacea is a brilliant company that has successfully published numerous scientific papers in order to aid governments with conservation. The research skills I will acquire are essential for a career in marine conservation and for the conservation of our oceans.
