In June 2020, I have been lucky enough to have been offered a place on a 1-month mental health placement in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka has one of the world’s highest suicide rates in the world with around 100,00 people attempting suicide every single year. Therefore, there is an urgent need for mental health volunteers. The money donated through EasyFunding will help to fund this once in a life time opportunity for me, as well as other project resources. Thank you so much for your help.
