Hinckley & District Museum

Hinckley & District Museum

Hinckley Museum is housed in a Grade II listed late 17th century thatched cottage where displays illustrate the history and heritage of the town of Hinckley and the surrounding area including the important hosiery and boot & shoe industries, local personalities and events over the past centuries. The museum is open from Easter to the end of October each year at weekends and at other special event days which are advertised on the website. New displays are installed each year.
