About Healthy Living Club @ Lingham Court
We are a Club for people with dementia and their carers, the only place where people with dementia can go with their carers in Lambeth. We meet, around a programme of activities, for four hours every Wednesday and on Monday mornings. The activities –designed with the needs of people with dementia in mind– include chair-based exercise, music, dance, art, drama, quizzes and games. Hot lunch is provided and for many the Club provides the only weekly outing, and the sole source of social contact
