Holland Sports AC are a small, friendly club situated in pleasant, semi-rural surroundings in Oxted, Surrey. We cater for all track and field disciplines as well as for middle and long distance running including cross-country. Our qualified, CRB-checked coaches aim to help athletes of all abilities and all ages (minimum age is 9) to improve their performances. All members are expected to compete for the club. Training sessions for junior athletes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings throughout the year Tuesday evening training (winter only) takes place at Oxted Academy school where we do Circuit Training A training session aimed at adult runners takes place on Wednesday evenings from 7pm-8pm. The redgratrack and associated facilities are undergoing a major programme of improvement. For which we need to raise money
