Hospice Hope provide support to those who have had their life expectancy or quality of life affected by a long-term medical condition. We support the individual affected as well as their partner/carer, families and the bereaved. Our focus is to alleviate loneliness and feelings of isolation which in turn will support peoples mental and physical wellbeing. Our services include; community Support Cafes, long covid support, counselling, befriending and online groups.
