About this cause

About our cause

Ilfracombe Bowling Club was founded over 125 years ago but suffers from reduced membership and income. We play Lawn Bowls, Short Mat Bowls, Snooker and Skittles but want to improve all facilities at the club to attract new members of all ages from within the local community. We particularly want to improve facilities for disabled people and also reduce our consumption of energy by improved insulation and through use of solar power.

easyfundraising® is the UK’s biggest charity shopping fundraising site

It's simple to use and it's free. Since we launched in 2005, we've helped thousands of good causes raise money simply by shopping online. Our community of over 1.8 million loyal supporters has so far raised over £31 million.
