Inverness Mens Shed reduces loneliness and isolation in all those who attend the Shed by encouraging social interaction. We do a lot of work free of charge for older people, charities and community groups which can make an enormous difference to the way they live.  Inverness Mens Shed is a fun place to attend and we have numerous groups within the Shed for those attending.  We feel very strongly that we should be making a difference  and enhancing the lives of people  and we enjoy doing so!!
