We are fundraising with the Dorset Children's Foundation Charity for our son Jacob to have sdr surgery. This is a life changing operation not funded by the NHS - funds where sadly withdrawn. Jacob is 4 and has cerebral palsy . Every day he has physio to help his pain. His dream is to walk & play football Jacob is a huge football fan he supports his local team AFC Bournemouth & Arsenal. Every penny will help Jacob dreams & future. Jacob is very aware he is different and often asks "why won't my legs work".
