About Jake's Fund
I have a 6 year old son with cerebral palsy and severe heamophilia type A. We need to raise money to get him to the Peto Institute and give him every chance of getting up on his feet. I am a single mother with no family support at all and we need to do this as time is against us. Thank you for reading this.
