About this cause

About our cause

Twenty students from Ysgol Gyfun Emlyn, Carmarthenshire will be undertaking a 16 day expedition to Zambia in July 2015. During our stay we aim to carry out community projects to help the Zambian community. Our project will include constructing "round houses" which will provide shelter and accommodation for families. We will also help in the normal day to day activities in the village, collecting water, growing crops and teaching the children. Each group member has to fund raise £3,000 for this.
