Never mind couch to 5km, I've got to do couch to 42km, and I've got 48 weeks to do it!I'm running for the most fabulous charity, The Outward Bound Trust, who do brilliant work getting kids into the outdoors and having experiences that they might not be able to otherwise. I am not very good at running, but the thing that's going to keep me motivated mile after mile is seeing donations coming in... so please remember to use easyfundraising when you're doing all your Christmas shopping!
