Next year I will be travelling to France a very different and exciting way, by swimming there!!! The Channel Relay swim is all in aid of Aspire who support those with spinal cord injuries. We all have a spine and we can all get injured. If you suffer a spinal injury it’s not like you can put a plaster on it and carry on. I can’t imagine what people with spinal injuries and/or paralysis go through every day. Please help me support this charity in 2015 and beyond.
