Clinical and Ancient Psychology Program in India is a magnificent chance to explore during two weeks different insights into meantal health treatements. As I am a Psychology student and aspirant to become a Clinical Psychologist, I have a major interest in alternative treatements and the increase of our daily well-being. Our mental heath should be a key concern on our daily to-do list and we need to become aware of its importance, in order to live a fruitfull life and to increase our awareness. This educational placement, in parnership with the National Institute of Mental Health & Neuroscience is a wonderful ocassion to get involved and trained in workshops like Ancient Yoga, Mindfullness, Laughing Yoga s.a In the program are included 6 days of travelling from Bengaluro to Kerala, while discovering the indian culture and apply the knowledge.
