My PhD research project, integrating biological approaches for the management of crop pests, not only excites me for the knowledge and skills I will gain, but also for the real difference it could make in the world. The current health of the planet degrading rapidly, with pollution, animal extinction, climate change, food insecurity threatening the future of our home. I want to save it!
