About New Bridge Group
The New Bridge Group is a cluster of organisations that work together to create appropriate and high quality individual pathways for over 700 young people. Our growing family of schools caters for young people with a statement of SEN or an EHCP. New Bridge Horizons is our flexible day provision for young adults & Future Finders Employability College is our innovative one year supported internship programme for young adults. We believe that all our young people deserve the very best provision.
