About New Era Theatre
A small community theatre in Newbury, Berkshire, converted from a former 1870s Chapel. It is currently being extended and improved. It is managed by an amateur theatre group who put on four major productions and a number of smaller shows each year. Plays vary from Shakespeare to Calendar Girls and Members vary in age between 8 and 90. Funds raised will help complete the extension and improve the kitchen.
