About Northampton Live at Home
Live at Home provides befriending and social support for socially isolated older people in Northampton. We aim to reduce social isolation for older people in Northampton by providing 1:1 support and befriending, encouraging social interaction and enabling our members to remain active and living independently in their own homes for as long as practically possible. We run lunch clubs, fitness and activity groups, organise outings, provide help with shopping and visit people in their own homes.
