The Northern Baroque Orchestra is a nonprofit organisation that supports Rochdale, Bury, Oldham, Manchester and South Yorkshire communities. It offers opportunities to local musicians to play Baroque period music. It performs a number of concerts each year to the local communities, providing entertainment and promotion of Chamber music. Importantly it enables young and older musicians opportunities to play solo pieces with an orchestra. By supporting the orchestra this service can be maintained.
