1st North Weston Rainbows

We are a group of 15 girls aged 5-7 years, one young leader and three adult leaders who meet once a week. All leaders give their time voluntarily to help the girls experience being part of the girl guiding association. We play games, sing songs, make friends, cook, make lots of crafts, help in our community, learn about our world and lots more! Our group is about helping our girls achieve their potential and to think about the world around them and how they can help others. We have raised money for local charities, given food baskets at harvest time to those in need, we also are inclusive of all faiths, needs and abilities. The girls also spend a lot of time looking at our local habitats like the beach and woods and how we can keep them clean and safe for both people and animals now and for the future. The girls are given a sense of belonging and working together to make our community and world a safer and better place.
