About North Wales Bird Trust

We are a charity and depend entirely on donations from the public to fund the work we do. The trust has a programme of rescue, conservation and education. We specialise in owls and other birds of prey and care for our native British Owls as well as species from accross the world. We rescue and rehabilitate injured and sick wild birds before releasing them back into the wild. We re-home or provide a permanent home at our sanctuary for unwanted captive birds and we take part in breeding programmes of rare and endangered species. We take our birds into schools and colleges to encourage children and young people to take an interest in caring for our environment.
