About Off the Streets
Off the streets is a group of concerned residents who have got together to assist getting the homeless of Southend off the streets and into a safe and warm environment to aid their physical and mental wellbeing. In order to do this we have opened a 7 day a week 365 days a year night shelter for 10 rough sleepers which will stop them sleeping on the street. The night shelter is open 8pm through to 8am and the whole project is run solely by dedicated volunteers
