Phoenix Dance and Gymnastics is a General and Aerobic Gymnastics Club based in the village of Hirwaun in the South Wales Valleys. We provide Gymnastics and Dance classes for children of all ages, Mother and Baby classes and preschool classes. The club aim is to make gymnastics accessible and fun, our gymnasts compete in Aerobic Gymnastics the most dynamic and energetic of all disciplines.
