About this cause

About our cause

HOl- House of light is a place for women and their partners to go too when they are suffering from post natal depression, it is a place of comfort and warmth were the women are made to feel wanted and are made to feel the sense worth they have lost through this illness. The support workers offer counselling to the women who have all been through this process so are able to relate more to the women. It is a centre that provides a friendly place to chat and meet other mums in same boat.
