Over £40m raised for good causes through easyfundraising
The U16 Rugby Team are organising a tour to South Africa which we hope we be a life changing experience. During their stay they will visit the famous Natal Sharks Academy, stay at the Hilton College and visit The Ndabezinhle Creche. A proportion of funds raised will go towards this valuable cause. Established in 2004 with overseas donations, funds have now dwindled to nothing and so they are very dependent on future donations to keep it going! The enrolment is anything from 30 to 40 children 2-4 years old. Most of their parents are single mums who are still in school and therefore unemployed and surviving on a child grant. There is a need to build a second classroom (there is ground available) as the current classroom really only has the capacity to hold 25 children.
Any donations would go to building a second classroom and towards current operating costs. The creche has been well equipped over the years with jungle gyms and toys and the necessary appliances.
