About Run For Autism Charity HAND.

We are a group of parents of children with Autism in Newry Northern Ireland who raise much needed funds for autistic people and their families to help improve their lives and wellbeing. We have obtained Charity Status which means we can claim Gift Aid on all donations. This year's Annual Fundraising event is on 2nd October 2010 and takes the form of a 10 Mile run or walk or a Half Marathon. So far we have helped Groups and Special Needs Schools in the area by providing them with much needed equipment and we are teaming up with Social Services to provide much needed placements for people with Autism who do not fit the criteria for many services because they do not have a learning disibility. This is a very exciting venture and promises to make a huge difference in these people's lives. We would like to thank everyone for their help.

"There's quite a few sites similar to easyfundraising. But where this site stands out is it's helpful & quick replies to queries. It is so easy to set up an account & to start saving for a good cause - I've recommended easyfundraising to a lot of my friends, and they're as impressed as I am with the ease of how it works."

David - easyfundraising user

"I run a not for profit Community Interest Company and shared our cause. Very easy to use, templates ready to share on social media, with direct links to our page and pop up reminders installed for when I was shopping with numerous websites, where I could gain the free donation. Excellent service and a fabulous idea."
