About this cause

About our cause

RISE works to raise the aspirations of disadvantaged young people in the UK and India through innovative education programmes. Yearn to Learn (rural West Bengal, India) is our free literacy programme aimed at helping first generation learners and those most at risk of dropping out of school to learn Bengali so they can access the education system. The ROAR Challenge is our programme of workshops that challenges UK students to set up a social enterprise to support Yearn to Learn students.

easyfundraising® is the UK’s biggest charity shopping fundraising site

It's simple to use and it's free. Since we launched in 2005, we've helped thousands of good causes raise money simply by shopping online. Our community of over 1.8 million loyal supporters has so far raised over £31 million.
