About World Challenge Vietnam & Cambodia 2012 - Robyn Matthews
In summer of 2012, 8 students from The Ridgeway School will be taking part in an expedition to Vietnam and Cambodia. Our expedition will last 4 weeks and we will be helping out in an Cambodian orphanage. This is not an average school trip and is certainly not a holiday. It is a challenging expedition that will significantly benefit the local community, children and their lives. The expedition will also teach the team valuable life skills such as leadership, communication and team working. Over the next few months, we have the task of raising £4,000 each to cover our costs. We have organized various events such as school cake sales; we will be running an odd job service during evenings and weekends along with other fundraising events. Any donations would greatly help us on our way! Thankyou.
