Ruthin and Denbigh Gymnastics Club want to make a difference to the children and teenagers in our communities. We are an all inclusive club and train over 400 people each week, enabling them to become active and lead healthy lifestyles, gain confidence, be part of a team and make new friends. We also train leaders and coaches of the future, offering them part-time employment as they progress through the ranks. Our excellent staff and volunteers make a real difference to children's lives.
