About Safe New Futures
For over 20 years, Safe New Futures have been transforming the lives of long-term unemployed and young people who are disadvantaged and often struggle with their mental health. Our online wellbeing programmes utilise a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach combined with practical vocational training to help people overcome barriers, improve in confidence/self-esteem, reduce levels of depression/anxiety and move forward into education, employment or training opportunities.
