Despite not being the most academic at school I achieved good A-levels and 3 years later graduated with first class honours in zoology... so hard work and determination does pay off. After a gruelling application process I have gained a place at the university of Nottingham to study veterinary medicine. However, as this is my second degree I cannot get funding for my fees which will cost me nearly £50,000. I am determined to achieve my dream of becoming a vet so any help is much appreciated!
