SOLL Leisure includes non-profit distribution charitable trusts that have been improving health and fitness services and increasing physical activity participation. SOLL’s mission is to "Inspire people to feel great!" and the organisation does this by offering a range of fun and innovative health and fitness classes and programmes in well maintained, affordable and accessible facilities. As a not-for-profit distributing organisation, every time a SOLLmanaged centre is used the income is re-invested back into the facilities and staff, ensuring that SOLL can continue to offer the very best in health and fitness. SOLL Leisure is an important part of the local community and with over 500 full and part-time staff is one of the largest employers in Oxfordshire. SOLL is committed to developing and growing its staff within the organisation and offers an extensive in-house training programme as well as a Modern Apprenticeship Scheme.
