About World Challenge Morocco 2015 - Solomon Smith
I would like to raise £1500 to go to Morocco to do a 14 day trek & project. I will start my trek in Marrakesh and will best suit me and the location of my project. From the lush slopes of the high Atlas foothills, rich in the Berber culture to, dramatic gorges and the lofty heights of the Atlas Mountains my trek will hopefully be an unforgettable experience. Many trecks travel through or start and end in Berber villages where I will be able to soak up the local culture and may be able to challenge the local children to a game of football. My project is a fantastic opportunity to immerse myself in local Moroccan culture and observe how local people live. My project will be based in a local community and there are a variety of tasks that I will do to support them
