About our cause

In 2018, I, along with other Exeter College students, will be undertaking a research expedition to Honduras to support current research, create and develop our own research and ecology skills as well as establish an understanding of the issues facing our ecosystems and ways in which we could mitigate against such problems. The expedition will last two weeks, which allows a week in the Cloud Forest in Cusco National Park and a marine week completing a reef ecology course. By participating in this expedition, I aim to grow and develop myself as an environmentalist, feel more empowered for my entry into further education and enhance my own personal development. Moreover, I aim to become a better person and to gain greater experience of how humans are affecting the ecosystems, life cycles and climate.
